South Africa Trip - Pre-Departure Preparation

I leave in two days for South Africa.

I received new memory cards yesterday when I got home. I realized I forgot to order new dry bags (my old ones have small holes in them), so I ordered that and a fancy neck pillow (since I'm flying economy this time). I should get them tomorrow.

I updated the firmware on my camera (Canon EOS 70D) and my small camera lens (Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3 DG OS HSM Sports). If you look up the lens - it is far from small, but it is a tick smaller than my Canon 400mm f/2.8 IS...Right now I am trying to decide how to pack it with my laptop and remainder of my camera.

Tomorrow evening will start with laundry and packing.

It looks very doubtful that I will get upgraded on the flight from Houston to Dulles... Sabre shows 0 availability in business class...
