This morning I took a bit of rest, the ship will not arrive until the afternoon, so the tour of Bratislava is scheduled for after lunch.

In the morning before we arrived I got a tour of the wheelhouse. It was quite interesting with two large radar screens and a large gps screen. The ship is steered like the modern cruise ships with azipods. The captain also lowered and raised the wheelhouse a bit while we were in it.
I had cheese sausage for lunch, which was very good.
After lunch we had a walking tour of Bratislava. The historical section is quite old and the best maintained buildings were actually embassies.
I went into the coronation church after the tour. It was very nice. The tour guide had told us that the top of the tower had a pillow and the crown instead of a cross because 7 kings were coronated in the church.
I then hiked up the hill to the Bratislava Castle. I was able to get a few nice pictures of the exterior of the castle and the bridge with the ufo restaraunt.
For dinner I skipped the soup, but had a Ceasar salad and the escalope.
