Today was another afternoon arrival.

We sailed through a few locks and even were inside a viaduct (bridge for water) over a road. The ship was scheduled to arrive at 13:00, but we arrived at 11:30, before lunch.

After lunch we went to Nuremberg. The bus took us to the Nazi parade grounds and the courthouse for the WW2 trials.

Never completed Nazi Congress Hall

The bus dropped us off at the castle and the your guide walked us down to the main square in town where we had 45 minutes of free time to explore. I walked over to this bridge where they apparently hung people many years ago and is now a museum.

After arriving back at the shop they had a wonderful lecture on the history of the canal. The lecturer was quite entertaining and knowledgeable.

For dinner I ordered the duck breast which was very good.
