This morning the ship arrived briefly in Aschach, Austria. I walked around a few minutes before getting on a long bus ride to Salzburg, Austria.
The bus left at 08:30 and arrived in Salzburg at around 11:00. We took a brief stop along the way for some photos and the bathroom.
Once arriving in Salzburg we took a guided walking tour which started in Mirabell gardens. We also walked by the house Mozart was born in.
For lunch we ate at a nice restaurant, turkey escalope with potatoes. I couldn't eat all of it, it was too much - but I did find room for dessert which was like a meringue.
After lunch we wandered up to a church on top of the hill near the fortress. I got a couple of nice pictures of the Alps from the other side. The city wall was quite large. I also wandered around town and inside a couple of churches.
The bus took us back at 15:30 and we arrived in Passau, Germany at around 18:00. We didn't have time for exploring Passau, but there were some interesting buildings near where the ship was docked.

Shortly after departing we went into a lock while we were eating dinner. I had the chicken for dinner.
