More of Abu Dhabi and Yas Marina Circuit

After finding out that the Yas 3000 (Formula 3000) cars were on the South Circuit of Yas Marina Circuit which goes under the Viceroy hotel I couldn't resist signing up. I've driven these cars before, but on the North Circuit which has a hairpin turn. This time the South Circuit is much faster and flowing.

Keep an eye open at 12:30 and 14:30. The save at 12:30 was big - it looks like the car got maybe 30 degrees or more sideways. After looking at the video I am still wondering how I saved it... I guess my reflexes and experience gave me the right combination of things to do... It's not like you get any time to think - you can only respond. I do remember getting off the brake which would have put weight back on the rear tires and helped it settle down.
