I walked along the goods line which has a very interesting building called the paper bag building to the Central Park Mall which has a very interesting amount of greenery on the outside and water in the skylight.
I joined a free tour of Sydney that walked past most of the areas I am familiar with, but added a bit of history.
The tour ended in the Rocks and I walked around the area a bit.
I walked to Lord Nelson Brewery, a historic brewery with a pub. I had the Peking Poppi draft. The beer was excellent, I wish I could get it in the states.
At this time I got hungry and found a place with $10 steak meals in Darling Harbour. After lunch I went to the Maritime Museum, which was mostly free. It was a good museum, especially since it was free.
After the museum I found a restaurant in Darling Harbour that had fish and chips for $10 - and it was very good.
A few more photos from Darling Harbour....
After dinner I got my jacket and tripod to take some night pictures from the north side of sydney harbor. I took the metro to Circular Quay and hiked up the rocks to access the harbor bridge. The view from the bridge was great and there was a nice breeze.
I walked around Luna park a bit even though it was closed before taking the ferry back.
